This page gives information about how to use Choose-a-Domain's Live Help system.
Due to popular demand we have added Live Help throughout our system. Choose-a-Domain's Live Help will be initially be available during UK office hours only.
We have implemented this new functionality to allow another more immediate means of communication between ourselves and our customers. Many of you wanted to talk to us, but were too shy to pick up the phone. Now you can talk to us from behind the safety of your computer monitor!

You can see the current status of our Live Help by looking for the current status image in the bottom right hand of this page, at the very bottom of the Main Menu. You can access Live Help from any page by clicking this image at any time.
We use an Open Source Live Support solution, provided by Crafty Systems. It will allow us to offer you real-time customer support; live help functionality that can be requested by you the consumer or proactively offered by ourselves to visitors to our website.
Our Live Help solution includes a large range of features to allow unlimited operators, departments and users. It will allow us to direct our visitors to pre-written responses, Frequently Asked Questions, relevant pages from our site, and explainatory images to help explain complex ideas. It should grow and develop with our website. We are very pleased with it!
The "Live" component of Live Help will initially be available during UK office hours only. Choose-a-Domain's Live Help solution can provide support in English only for the time being.
