This service is suitable for those customers who are transferring the hosting of their existing website to Choose-Hosting & Choose-a-Domain and who have opted to take advantage of our Fully Managed Website Migration Service and also have a MySQL database associated with existing hosting package which they also require assistance migrating.

The service comprises of the fully managed migration of your MySQL database from your old host to Choose-Hosting. This is the secure and convenient option. Pay just five pounds ninety-five (£5.95) and we will back-up your existing MySQL database and set-up the MySQL database associated with your Choose-Hosting webspace and re-run the relevant SQL commands to rebuild an exact copy of your previous database and populate it with all of the data available from your live database.

This service is for use only in conjunction with our the "Fully Managed Website Migration Service". When these two services are purchased together we will also ensure that:

• your website is transfered smoothly without any time input from yourself, we'll do all the work. What's more we'll carry out the work in a timely fashion. All work will be done within seventy-two (72) hours of you of you providing the necessary information, including migration of your MySQL database.
• your website is migrated with the minimum down time, normally a seamless switch, (i.e. no downtime at all). This means that visitors to your site won't notice any disruption of service. You will have seemingly moved between hosts between page refreshes.
• your MySQL database is migrated and is made accessible to your migrated website immediately to ensure no data is lost, or written to the old database. This means that visitors to your site shouldn't notice any disruption to your service even though your website depends on a database backend.
